Keep the setup small<\/h2>\n

You don't need a cart full of supplies to keep feeding notes. A notebook and a pen that works can be enough. If you prefer a phone log, choose one app or page you can find easily.<\/p>\n

This is a place for the adults' notes, not a guide to feeding equipment or where to care for a baby. Use your family's safety guidance when choosing where household items belong.<\/p>\n

Use what you already reach for<\/h2>\n

Think about how you actually write things down. If you like paper, use a page with room for the date and times. If you use your phone, keep the care log easy to open rather than adding another notes app.<\/p>\n
